Seneschalstown 0-05 - 2-16 Don/Ash Senior Football

9th October 2016 - 12:15 pm at Páirc Tailteann

Donaghmore/ Ashbourne 2 – 16
Seneschalstown 0 – 05

Well done to our Senior Football team who qualified for a place in the Senior semi final against Skryne next weekend with a comprehensive victory over Seneschalstown at Páirc Tailteann on Sunday. An early goal from Dylan Brady helped us to a 1 – 6 to 0 – 4 half time lead. Seneschalstown got the first score of the second half, a pointed free from Brian Clarke but amazingly it was to be their last score of the game as our lads took control in almost every area of the field. When Conor Carton scored our second goal after Dylan Brady’s shot was saved Seneschalstown appeared to throw in the towel and we then ran out easy winners.
