Don/Ash ran out easy winners in this B League Div 1 game in Dunshaughlin on Wednesday evening. A Tony Morgan goal helped the visitors to a 1 – 6 to 0 – 4 lead at half time but after the interval.
Don/Ash cut loose outscoring their opponents 2 – 9 to 0 – 1. In a real case of “gamekeeper turns poacher” goalie Padraig Durkan moved to the forward line for the last 15 minutes where he scored two goals and a point.
