Clinical Psychologist and author of “How to Cope – The Welcoming Approach to Life’s Challenges” Dr. Claire Hayes, will deliver a talk on Coping Skills for Mental Health Challenges at Ratoath GAA on Wed 15th Feb 2017 at 7.30pm. Using her unique techniques such as the ‘Coping Triangle’, ‘Coping Sentences’ and ‘Tapping’, Dr. Hayes will demonstrate how to proactively manage life’s challenges, such as pressure, stress, rejection, loss, failure, success and change. This talk is organised as part of Ratoath GAA’s Health and Wellbeing program, is free of charge and all are welcome to attend. The talk will begin at 7.30 sharp in order to allow for an extensive Q&A session.
