All Roads lead to Croke Park this weekend

This weekend sees an unique series of  games with three of Meath’s intercounty teams in action in Croke Park. On Saturday the Camogie team and Hurlers are in action as follows:

3.15pm  All Ireland Intermediate Camogie Championship Final   – Meath  vs Down

In this game we have our own Maggie Randle who is part of the Meath Camogie Team Panel

5.00pm  Christy Ring Hurling Championship Final  – Meath  vs Antrim.

This is the replay of the controversial final  from a couple of weeks ago that saw the Royals win the  title but there was an error on the scoreboard. There is a  meet and greet with the hurlers this Thursday night  (23rd) in Dungany from 7.30pm. All young (and not so young) are invited.

Admission to Croke Park is great value at €5.00 which is going to charity.

On Sunday we see the Royal Footballers  take on their  rivals the  Dubs in the Leinster Semi final as follows:

4.00pm Leinster Football Semi final Meath vs Dublin

Hopefully Andrew Tormey and the lads can ignore the opposition’s favorite  tag and  silence the Hill. Tickets are still available from Supervalu in Ashbourne.
